Front Counter Customer Specialist

CopiesNow is looking for the right person to fill our Principle Front Counter Position. This role will include helping customers with their print orders requests, via email, in-person or over the phone. A complete understanding of the digital printing process and equipment is essential. They will require strong attention to detail, have solid English language skills both spoken and written, and a creative side will be beneficial.
