JA Boardroom Rental Form

The JA Boardroom at the Chamber office is available for rent to Chamber members. The boardroom is available for rent Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.

This boardroom can accommodate approximately 25 people in a classroom style setting or 40 in a theatre style setting.

All rentals require a Certificate of Insurance with the Red Deer & District Chamber of Commerce listed as "additional named insured". Board Room Rental includes: Wi-Fi Internet Access Pulldown screen and overhead projector . Payment is due upon the conclusion of the room rental. For multi-day use only, you may request an invoice.

NEW: The JA Boardroom is now equipped to help those with hearing aids, as part of a pilot project with Hearing Loops Canada. Hearing Loops are a wireless sound projection system for hearing aids, sound sent via a microphone in the boardroom is delivered to the telecoil in the hearing aid. This enables those with hearing aids to hear the desired sound directly in the ear without any ambient noise included.
