JA Boardroom Rental Form

The JA Boardroom at the Chamber office is available for rent to Chamber members.

The boardroom is available for rent Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

This boardroom can accommodate approximately:
* up to 25 people in a classroom style setting
* up to 40 in a theatre style setting
* up to 15 people in a boardroom style setting

The Red Deer District Chamber is dedicated to protecting the personal information entrusted to us by our members and clients. We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services and manage it in compliance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other relevant legislation. All rentals require a Certificate of Insurance for 2 Million with the Red Deer and District Chamber of Commerce listed as "additional named insured".
Payment is due upon the conclusion of the room rental. For multi-day use only, you may request an invoice.

Do you need the room hearing accessible? *
The JA Boardroom is equipped with a hearing loops system, to assist those hard of hearing. Hearing Loops are a wireless sound projection system for hearing aids, sound sent via a microphone in the boardroom is delivered to the telecoil in the hearing aid. This enables those with hearing aids to hear the desired sound directly in the ear without any ambient noise included.
