Our Host is Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse Restaurant - Exclusive customized menu includes: 

Welcome Cocktail: Passion fruit and citrus Caipirinha (a non-alcoholic version will also be available). Cash bar is available.

Main Course: Rodizio (all-you-can-eat salad bar and limited tableside servings of grilled meats and pineapple).
The seven cuts would be: chicken drumstick, pork sausage, Parmesan-crusted pork loin, beef picanha, beef tri-tip, beef top sirloin, and caramelized pineapple.

Dessert: Bite-size Pampa cake (dark chocolate mousse, passion fruit mousse, sponge cake, and chocolate ganache).
