First time home and building buyers is our specialty due to how we explain in great detail the issues of the properties and give great advice on how to rectify the issues and help prioritize what needs to be repaired. This is done in a gentle but factual manor. Thermal Electrical Scans are completed for manufacturing plants or warehouses for either maintenance and trouble shooting or insurance requirements. This is where the electrical panels or control panels are opened up and a thermal image is supplied with a detailed report on the condition of the systems. The inspection is best completed while under full operation or load for best results. Home inspection reports are usually sent out within a few hours and most commercial inspection reports are the next day.
