Regular Members are defined as:

Any individual or organization, including any corporation, society, partnership, trust, or estate, directly engaged in trade, commerce or economic welfare of the community. Each Regular Member is eligible to exercise one (1) vote at any General Meeting or Election of Directors.

Associate Members are defined as:

Any incorporated or unincorporated governmental body, registered charity, not-for-profit, political party, trade union, or church. Associate Members carry the same rights and responsibilities as Regular Members, except they are not entitled to run for a position on the Board, or vote in person or by proxy at Annual General Meetings or otherwise.
