Request for Proposal (RFP): Strategic Engagement Consultant Services

The Red Deer District Chamber (the “Chamber”) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to design, facilitate, and support implementation of a strategic business community engagement process titled The Future in Focus: What Business Needs Next.
 
This engagement is intended to support the Chamber in redefining its future purpose, value proposition, and membership model in response to shifting business needs, declining traditional membership models, and increasing expectations for relevance and impact within the regional business community.
 
This is not intended to be a traditional validation exercise. The Chamber is seeking an engagement partner capable of facilitating meaningful, decision-ready engagement grounded in International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) principles and methodologies.
