Project Support Specialist

Are you passionate about supporting employers through strong administration, tools, and data-driven reporting? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! 

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Project Support Specialist who will play a key role in supporting project delivery through strong administration, resource development, and reporting, ensuring alignment with funding requirements and organizational goals. 
The position is temporary until March 31, 2028, on a part-time basis (17.5 hrs./week). 

A little about what you bring: 

  • Education and/or experience in an administrative or project support role, with knowledge of developing and maintaining online resource repositories 

  • Post-secondary education in business or office administration, social sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience 

  • Experience in research, resource development, or curriculum support 

  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in filing systems and computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite 

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage records, track documentation, and meet deadlines 

  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and maintain accurate work processes 

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment 

A little about what you’ll do: 

  • Provide operational and administrative support for all project activities, including: 

  • Employer communications 

  • Scheduling and coordination of outreach logistics 

  • Supporting reporting processes and project evaluation 

  • Develop and maintain an online library of vetted resources that is accessible, organized, and user-friendly for employers 

  • Track project documentation and manage dissemination of tools, including: 

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records 

  • Supporting the sharing of resources with stakeholders 

  • Assisting with data collection and ensuring completeness 

  • Ensure accurate program administration and reporting, including: 

  • Preparing reports aligned with funding agreement requirements 

  • Maintaining compliance with contribution agreements and accountability standards 

  • Supporting overall data integrity and program effectiveness

  • Quality and usability of the online resource library, including ease of access for employers 

  • Accuracy and timeliness in maintaining program records and preparing reports for funders 

  • Consistent delivery of accurate, organized, and timely completion of assigned tasks
